Agriwale’s export story began the same way our farmer story did — with frustration at a broken system. India grows some of the world’s finest onion, yet farmers were trapped between volatile mandi prices, opaque middlemen, and buyers who never saw the soil their produce came from.
We built Krishivar, our export division, to close that gap permanently. Instead of buying onion from traders, we go directly to the farms in Gujarat and Maharashtra’s onion belts, agree on fair prices before the harvest, and guide cultivation practices that meet international export standards from the very first sowing.
The result is a supply chain with zero blind spots — every kilogram of dehydrated onion we export can be traced back to the exact farm, the exact farmer, and the exact harvest it came from. This is not a marketing claim. It is how our entire export operation is structurally built.
