One Question:

Why Should Farmers

Struggle?

Agriwale was born from the fields — not a boardroom. We saw what farmers faced every day, and we decided to change it from the ground up. Literally.

Soilscape Agriwale Revolution Pvt. Ltd.

"India has 140 million farmers. More than 85% of them are small and marginal — overcharged, underserved, and overlooked by a system built around everyone but them. We built Agriwale to change that."

Process in Detail

How We Guarantee

Export-Grade Quality

01

Pre-Season

Farmer Onboarding & Crop Planning

Before sowing begins, our field team meets directly with onion farmers to lock in fair pricing and share export-grade cultivation guidance — covering seed variety, fertilization schedule, and harvest timing aligned with international moisture and size specifications.

02

Harvest

On-Field Grading & Procurement

At harvest, our procurement team grades onion directly in the field for size uniformity, pungency, and moisture content. Only export-qualifying lots are purchased — at the price agreed before planting, regardless of mandi fluctuations.

03

Processing

Controlled
Dehydration

Procured onion moves to our processing facility within hours of harvest. Using controlled-temperature dehydration, we produce flakes, powder, and minced onion to consistent moisture levels under 5% — meeting strict international food safety thresholds.

04

Quality Control

Lab Testing & Certification

Every production batch undergoes laboratory testing for moisture, microbial load, and pungency, with results documented and attached to the shipment’s traceability record. Products comply with FSSAI norms and international import requirements.

05

Export

Packing
& Shipment

Final products are packed in export-standard cartons and craft bags, labelled with full origin and batch traceability, and shipped under FOB, CIF, or CNF terms to buyers across the globe — backed by complete documentation support.
Our Origin

Built on the Promise of

Fair Trade, From the Root

"We don't buy from mandis. We walk the same fields the farmer walks."

— Founding Philosophy, Agriwale
Agriwale’s export story began the same way our farmer story did — with frustration at a broken system. India grows some of the world’s finest onion, yet farmers were trapped between volatile mandi prices, opaque middlemen, and buyers who never saw the soil their produce came from.
We built Krishivar, our export division, to close that gap permanently. Instead of buying onion from traders, we go directly to the farms in Gujarat and Maharashtra’s onion belts, agree on fair prices before the harvest, and guide cultivation practices that meet international export standards from the very first sowing.

The result is a supply chain with zero blind spots — every kilogram of dehydrated onion we export can be traced back to the exact farm, the exact farmer, and the exact harvest it came from. This is not a marketing claim. It is how our entire export operation is structurally built.
